1. Warranty Period
Warranty coverage is provided according to the product purchased.
- 1 Year Warranty - 365 Days
- 2 Year Warranty - 730 Days
- 3 Year Warranty - 1,095 Days
- N/W - No Warranty
2. Warranty Service Type
All products are covered under a Carry-In Warranty Service.
Customers are required to bring the product to an authorized Redline Technologies service center for warranty claims and repairs.
All warranties are provided and honored by the respective manufacturers, suppliers, or authorized agents.
3. Proof of Purchase & Product Identification
To process a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- The original purchase invoice
- An intact product serial number
- An undamaged warranty sticker (if applicable)
Warranty claims may be rejected if any identification labels are missing, altered, or tampered with.
4. Repair, Replacement & Resolution Process
The standard service turnaround time is approximately 15-30 working days, depending on the manufacturer and product availability.
At their discretion, the manufacturer or authorized agent may choose to:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a refund
- Provide a substitute product
- Issue a credit note
The final decision rests solely with the manufacturer or authorized agent.
5.Customer Data Responsibility
Redline Technologies is not responsible for any loss resulting from:
- Data loss
- Revenue loss
- Business interruption or disruption
Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting products for service or repair.
6. Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects.
- Laptops are covered under a repair-only warranty and are not eligible for replacement.
- Laptop and monitor pixel policies are governed by the respective manufacturer's guidelines.
7. Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered under warranty:
- Physical or customer-induced damage
- Burn marks
- Bent or damaged pins
- Corrosion or rust
- Scratches and cosmetic damage
- Lightning strikes or voltage fluctuations
- Food or liquid spills
- Damage caused by animals or insects
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Damage caused by fire, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
Additional Exclusions
- Cables and wires are not covered under warranty.
- Backlight bleed is not considered a warranty defect.
- Printer cartridges are not covered under warranty.
- Using refill or third-party compatible cartridges may void the printer warranty.
8. Accessories Warranty
Warranty periods for accessories may differ from the main product warranty. Please refer to the individual product specifications or invoice for details.
9. VAT Refund Policy
VAT refunds will not be issued for VAT invoices older than 6 months from the original purchase date.
10. Return Policy
Restocking Fees
The following restocking fees apply to eligible returns:
- Returns within 3 days: 10%
- Returns within 7 days: 15%
- Returns within 14 days: 25%
Return Conditions
- Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in brand-new, unused condition.
- Original packaging, labels, accessories, and stickers must be included.
- Products with opened seals are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit only. Cash refunds are not available.
- Only selected products are eligible for return.
- All return decisions made by Redline Technologies are final.
