Warranty

Warranty

All items sold by Redline Technologies will be covered by manufactures warranty for carry in service unless otherwise specified. All items will need to be brought to our service center located at #21, Joseph’s Lane, Colombo 4 for warranty processing.

General warranty terms and conditions will be as follows.
 

 

  1. The warranty period will be as per the terms indicated next to each item.
  2. Warranty on this item applies as per the manufacturer or their agents only.
  3. Warranty on these items apply for “carry-in service” (i.e. all items should be brought in to a Redline Technologies outlet for warranty/ service claims).
  4. A specific warranty processing period is not guaranteed; however, we will try to facilitate replacement parts at the earliest time to ensure your satisfaction/ business continuity.
  5. Manufacturers (and their agents) reserve the right to replace/ refund/ repair or replace with a different model.
  6. Warranty does not apply for physical damage (includes burn marks, corrosion, pin damage, scratches, spilt liquids etc) or force majeure events.
  7. Warranty applies only when items are used specifically for their intended purpose, to be determined by the manufacturer (e.g. If a gaming graphics card fails during cryptocoin mining, regular warranty may not be applicable).
  8. If the serial number sticker on the physical product is missing and/or is damaged, the manufacturers reserve the right to reject warranty.
  9. Warranty for product accessories (e.g. laptop batteries/ power adapters and cables etc.) may carry different warranty to the core product, as specified by the manufacturer.
  10. Returns for selected items will be accepted upon receipt of a restocking fee.

    The rates are as follows and depend on the period within which the product is returned (the purchase date will be counted as a day of use):

                   3 days 5% of item value
                   7 days 10% of item value
                  14 days 15% of item value
                  30 days 25% of item value

No returns past 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items should be in brand new condition with all stickers etc attached along with all original packaging.

The value of the returned items (after deducting restocking fees) will be offered in store credit.

NO CASH REFUNDS.   

Only select items and products are valid for this return policy. Please ask your point of contact at the store if your product is liable for this return policy. All decisions taken by the store with respect to return policies are final and not negotiable
